Feather neckpiece with three conchos is detachable and has leather fringe ties for adjustment as does the feather top. Both top and skirt can be paired in a number of ways which makes them so versatile. Passionista truly exudes uniqueness, femininity, and a true western vibe.

Belt without buckle included.

Skirt has never been worn. Top has been gently worn in a past photo shoot.

Top is a Small/Medium. Fringe ties in the back make it adjustable.
